Our canvas prints are crafted using museum-quality poly/cotton canvas with a satin varnish (380gsm cotton canvas). They feature a UV-protective coating and are tightly hand-stretched with mirrored edges, ensuring no part of the image is lost around the support frames.
How accurate is the color reproduction of the prints?
Color reproduction may vary slightly due to different monitor settings. While we aim for precise accuracy, minor variations are possible depending on your display.
What are the care instructions for canvas prints?
- Do not hang canvas prints outdoors, in humid areas, or near heat sources.
- Avoid using chemical cleaners on the canvas surface.
- To remove dust, use a dry, soft cloth without applying pressure.
- For occasional wet cleaning, lightly wipe with a warm damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Avoid damp environments like saunas, direct sunlight, or placement under air conditioners.
- If sagging occurs over time, have the canvas re-stretched or gently moisten the back to tighten as it dries.
How are the sizes of the canvas prints determined?
Sizes reflect the total dimensions of all panels combined. Spacing between panels (if any) is not included in the stated measurements.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship artwork to customers worldwide.
Do the canvas prints come framed?
Yes, each order is stretched on 100% North American Pine wood stretcher bars (1.5" thick) with mirrored edges. Ready to hang out of the box.
Can I order a very large canvas print in a single panel?
Yes. We can send large single-panel prints rolled in a protective tube, unstretched.
How long does it take to produce a canvas print?
Production takes 1-3 business days. Once completed, your order is carefully packaged and shipped promptly.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery typically takes 14–25 days depending on location, customs, and shipping provider. International orders may take up to 30 days. Delivery may be delayed during holidays.
Why am I being charged extra for my international order?
Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price. Customers are responsible for paying applicable fees upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Are buyers responsible for customs and import taxes?
Yes. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
Will I receive tracking information when my item ships?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number by email once your shipping label has been created.
How can I track my parcel?
You will receive a tracking number within 1-3 business days after your order is shipped.
What should I do if my delivery address is incorrect or has changed?
Please contact us immediately to update your address. Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
How are the canvases packaged?
Each canvas is sealed in plastic for moisture protection and wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap and foam for added safety. Our packaging is designed to ensure the product arrives undamaged.
What type of packaging do you use?
All canvases are protected by three layers of packaging to minimize the risk of shipping damage.
What happens if my canvas is delivered damaged?
If your canvas arrives damaged, we will send a replacement after receiving photo proof of the damage.
What happens if my package is lost?
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will resend your canvas at no extra cost.
What is your cancellation/return policy?
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days for a full refund, provided the product is undamaged and returned with tracking.
Conditions of return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value is the buyer’s responsibility.
