Q: “MATERIALS?”

- Mirrored edges so you don't lose any of your image, but still wraps around the support frames

Q: “Color reproduction?”

The reproduction of colors may vary from monitor to monitor.

Q: “Care instructions:”

Care picture printed on canvas is very simple:


1. To wipe the dust, use a dry cloth, without strong pressure on the surface.

. 2. A couple of times a year, you can carry out wet cleaning: with a cloth soaked in warm water, it is necessary to wipe the picture, then dry.


VERY IMPORTANT!


The picture can not be hung in damp places, such as swimming pools, saunas. It is also desirable to have a picture in direct sunlight or under the air conditioner.


Over the years, the canvas may sag slightly. There are two ways to remedy this situation:


1. Apply to any Framing Workshop, you simply drag the canvas


2. Either the back of the picture walk on the canvas with a damp sponge, canvas stretched on drying water
We recommend the first method.

Q: “Sizing details?”

Sizes are shown as total of all panels combined. You have to remember it does not include the space that appears between the panels during installation!

Q: “Where do we sell?”

Q: “Does my canvas come framed??”

Yes! Every order will come wrapped around 100% North American Pine wood stretcher bars 1,5" (3 cm). The image
is mirrored edges and ready to hang on your wall straight out of the box.

Q: “I would like to print a very large canvas in 1 panel.?”

If you would like a very large canvas print in 1 panel we can send you in a tube but not stretched.

Q: “How long does it take to make a canvas print?”

There are two parts to making a canvas print: the design processing time and the shipping time.


After the canvas print is designed and stretching on pinewood framework, we will pack your product very carefully and ship your order.


We ship as fast as possible! It usually takes 1-3 business days to complete your order.

Q: “When will my order arrive?”

On average our parcels arrive within 14- 25 days. It all depends on how busy the post company is. Also it is depend on your local customs at the time of arrival of your order. It could be delay of many reasons when the customs are busy.


Delivery for orders shipping outside sometime may take up to 30 days due to international customs processing time. We will do our best to expedite the process but, unfortunately customs procedures are beyond our control. If your package appears to be not moving, this is most likely an indication that it is still in customs.


Please note, during the holiday season, processing and shipping may take longer

Q: “Why Am I Getting Charged Extra For My International Order?”

International shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Q: “Customs and import taxes?”

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Q: “Will I receive tracking information when my item ships?”

Yes! You will get an email notification when the shipping label is created with tracking information.

Q: “How i can track my parcel?”

We send you a track number after it will be shipped (usually it take 1-3 working days to print, carefully wrap and to send by mailing company).

Q: “My delivery adress is incorrect or has changed. What do i need to do?”

Please Contact Us As Soon as Possible to change the shipment address. We cannot change the address after your order has been shipped.

Q: “How are the canvases packaged??”

Our boxes are specifically designed to protect your canvas while in shipping. Canvases are sealed in a plastic bag to keep out moisture, then wrapped in several layers of bubble wrap & foam plastic to add further protection to make sure the canvas reaches you without any damage


Your Canvas Print will be wrapped in a plastic wrap and carefully packed in a strong cardboard 3 or 5 ply box to make sure the canvas reaches you without any damage

Q: “What type of packaging do you use??”

Very carefully packaged in 3 protective layers. It is very low chance to be damaged.

Q: “What happening if it delivered damaged:?”

If it will be damaged during the delivery we will send you new after a proof photo of damaged canvas.

Q: “What happens if my package is lost?”

We will send you new canvas.

Q: “What is your Cancelation / Return policy??”

You can request to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged within 30 days, email tracking information to email: info.artesty@gmail.com and we will gladly refund you.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Q: "Can I change the color of picture?"

We do not change the colors on the picture.

Q: "Can i place a custom order?"

Just request a custom order, and we will make a special artwork just for you! We try to offer a range of different sizes but if you have specific requirements or would like a size which isn't currently offered, please just ask and we'll try our best to accommodate.
Please send us high quality photo for a custom orders.

Please send us your photo on info.artesty@gmail.com and we will let you know if it will work for a printing. It is depend what size you would like to print.

Q: "Can I have a mock-up or preview of the item before I purchase to get an idea of what it will look like?"

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a preview before an order is placed. However, we can and will provide a preview of a canvas print that will be personalized with your details after you have placed the order.

Is there a gold metal on the print?

Our products only imitate gold, it is not really a metallic color, but a yellowish color :)
